FOREWORD
Dear valued partners and beloved clients,
Thank you very much for visiting our official website. My name is Duc Dao. I am the proud owner and founder of Hanoi Vespa Adventures. With a great passion for travel and the love of vintage motors, I had my first journey (a 1000-km ride) on two wheels to the North West of Vietnam when I was a second year student in the faculty of tourism, Hanoi Open University. Leaving university in 2004, I devoted my love as a tour guide, operation and product tour coordinator in a leading travel company specializing in tours in Vietnam and Indochina. In early 2015, I founded Hanoi Vespa Adventures with the mission & aim to create unique Vespa tour programs and high-quality services for my clients. At Hanoi Vespa Adventures, we carefully selected the sites, the services and vehicle to ensure the guests expectations are fulfilled and satisfied.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the below information carefully before you make a booking.
1. INFORMATION:
The information, tour costs, tour programs and policy on the website are valid from 01 Jan to 31 Dec 2016.
2. TOUR BOOKINGS:
Tour bookings can be made via our website. Please click on our booking form and fill in all the information required then click submit (please note that after submit the booking, its do not mean that your booking is confirmed). After receiving your booking or requirement, our travel consultant will reply or confirm your booking via email within 24 hours. In case you do not receive our reply, please check your junk mail or spam mail folder. If you can’t submit the booking or the website system do not work well, please send us your request via our email: booking@hanoivespaadventures.com or hanoivespaadventures@gmail.com
3. CHILD DISCOUNT:
From 1-4: Free of charge
From 5-12: 20-30% discount depend on each tour package
From 13: Pay as adult
From 1-6: Sharing the Vespa with the parents
4. PAYMENT:
We prefer you make the booking early. We do not ask for an immediate deposit or full payment. For a booking under 5 guests, you can pay in cash or credit card on the day you arrive in Hanoi. For bigger groups, please deposit us 30% total cost 14 days prior tour departure via bank transfer. If we do not receive your deposit as date mention above your booking will automatically be cancelled. (Note: Banking fee will be applied from 3%-3.5% total cost)
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via e-mail to booking@hanoivespaadventures.com. The following rules apply for cancellations:
Prior to the commencement of the Tour:
A 100% refund of monies paid will be issued if the booking is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the tour start time.
A 50% refund of monies paid will be issued if the booking is cancelled from 24-72 hours prior to the tour start time.
A full of charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the tour start time.
A 100% refund will be issued if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather or some conditions that make the tour unsafe. Hanoi Vespa Adventures will contact you by telephone or email to notify you of the change and discuss with you rebooking options…
During the tour:
Some refund (from 25%-75%) will be issued if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather or unsafe conditions. In this situation, our tour guide or tour organizer will consult the group to find the best solution such as an indoor attraction / restaurant OR return to the Hotel.
No refund will be given under any other circumstance except at the discretion of Hanoi Vespa Adventures management.
CHARITY CORNER
At Hanoi Vespa Adventures, we do not only focus on making a unique and high-quality Vespa tour service but also happy to share our benefit to help the congenital heart patients throughout Vietnam. Hanoi Vespa Adventures commits to contribute 3% of profit for charity every years. All of our charity activities will be updated on our website system.
